Survive

I am here to say, I do know how we survive this.

It is not I the individual that seeks enlightenment. It is we the collective that calls us to our real identity.

We are united as people through the journey that we share no matter the distance between.

You Am I and I AM you and the more we deny this, the more isolation seeks us.

I AM here, as One.

You know me, We are the same. Together we survive. Together we are Oneness.

Journey to Fire Valley in Nevada

August 14, 1953 – May 4, 2020. For me every day of my childhood was an adventure.  A day of what next, living life to the fullest and everything, and I mean everything, was with a test of faith. I am Ann Bob’s sister, blessed with Bob as one of my older brothers. As you can imagine my childhood was full. I learned to walk because Bob would grab my dolls and yell, “Catch me if you can!” I learned to ride a two wheeler because he placed me on his and pushed me down Kent hill all the while yelling, “Yea, look at you go!, just peddle.” I learned to swim, as you might guess, as he pushed me in the pool all the while yelling, “swim, swim, swim faster!”  And I did. I not only learned how to walk, ride, and swim but I learned how to be fearless. To stay with it, to keep moving beyond obstacles and to trust that everything was going to be okay. I felt safe and protected with him. He taught me to find the fun in fear, to play hard, get dirty, never give up, test the waters, and never let me forget that he had my back. His love for family and friends was evident. Not a day would go by that the back door and/or front door would swing wide open and there would be standing not 1, but 2, 3, or more of his friends.  Mark, Paul, Chris, Mike B, Mike S. And of course Gibbs to name a few. The laughter, the conversations, and the affection that they would all extend to my mom, Mrs. E, as they would call her was so mesmerizing. Tough guys with big hearts.

Being Bob’s sister in high school was, let’s just say, never dull. He was my protector. And not that he knew that he was but he was.  I was off limits to his rivals, his friends and apparently to every other guy at Heights High School. Once they realized I was Bob Eastburn’s sister, well let’s just say I never saw them again.  Somehow I never minded for being Bob’s sister. It was all worth it. For I knew the real Bob, the big hearted. The one that was always there for you. The one that his presences alone made everything kind of special. My life was blessed by Bob. His energy, his laugh, and the twinkle in his eye was a magnet and he was the instigator, the one that gave me permission to be more, to be great, to test the limits.

Now when I close my eyes I see Bob smiling, waving his arms, taunting me as if to say, keep laughing, get dirty, feel the wind in your hair, do more, and always know that I have your back. Bob you are the one that inspires me to laugh louder, to hug longer, to ride faster, and to live my life to its fullest. Until we meet again I am forever your fearless and loving sister.

Pain is an illusion of time, an illusion that this moment lasts forever.

In showing up, the mountain moved, the stuck uncoiled and the fear subsided. It was as if God itself moved to the forefront as each chest expanded and each man contorted in the knowingness that they too are Light. They too are connected to the vastness of the universal rhythms of space and time.

Surrendering to the letting go, the unveiling of a knowingness far greater than self, each moment built upon the next. As if the cracking of what we call experience was released and forever gone. They too have climbed this mountain and stood at the peak with all its quakes and quivers. They too confronted stillness.

Renewed and free each in their own perfect symmetry as if looking from a new plateau, a higher perspective, more clarity, more resourced and more compassionate. Despite the tremors, the chaos abide, each man awakened for they exposed their truth for all to see. As they stepped out of control and into command they took flight.

Every now and then a miracle happens, you know what I mean!

The miracle that honors your very existence, embraces your unique ways of Being, catapults you beyond the normal expectations and supports a thirst and drive into the unknown. You recognize this truth, when someone so unexpected enters into your life and behold you begin to make sense.

You are awakened by the reflection of you in them and them in you. Someone unrecognizable at first glance but charged with an inner knowingness that we have traveled many lifetimes together.

Today, I honor my someone, Monica on her birthday!

You are called to Light through meditation, prayer and reflection. Draw from ancestral traditions, seek comfort in the stillness. Be guided by an inner ache that springs forth wisdom, creativity, and the still voice within. Drawn upon the Light to overcome fear, adversity, and stagnation.

It is in the Light that you are called to speak, to write, to teach and to heal.

Do your best to be open, to be active, to reflect, and to listen. Find comfort in the stillness, the void, the realms of Pure Potentiality. In the absence of “matter” and chaos we can hear the voice of God. Challenge yourself to grow beyond adversities and emerge anew ascending to the call.

Believe that it is in surrendering to the Light that the true mystery unfolds.

The healing qualities of Light, the warmth, the comfort, the insight, the vastness of human consciousness is revealed. Seek the Self as if you are part of a whole. Act in unity and solidarity. Be the Word.

Be the Light expressed through Stillness.

Unveil the mystery of what it means to be you and you will find the reflection of Me, many stars united.

Unveil the mystery of what it means to be us and you will find the reflection of All, many solar systems.

Unveil the mystery of what it means to be All and you will find the reflection of Oneness, many universes.

Unveil the mystery and reflect the qualities of Oneness: gratitude, kindness, compassion, integrity, patience, loyalty and solidarity.

I inspire you, the universe is knocking on our door. Are we listening? Can we be in the void, the vastness, the pure potentiality. Can we collectively let go, surrender and soar? Can we keep reaching, keep stretching, out of the comfort zone and experience the ache, the longing from discontent, powerlessness, a reminder of our humanity?

Collectively, we stand at the threshold of our transcendence, the caller is knocking, the door is opening and together we are called to walk through and honor the space in which we exist.  It is our birthright, our breath, our connectivity to All.

For in the vastness of Oneness you are, I Am.

HOPE

Having Opportunities Present Endlessly

In the vastness of experience, called life we are all guided by a unique gift, Hope. It is hope that manifests out of the abundance of Oneness.

For it is not as if what is, is. What is, is opportunity, potentiality.

Hope is the key to unlock the Mystery of suffering, the ladder ascending out of chaos, the impetus for clarity in all situations and the portal to an expanded Self.

Receive the gift and know that All has purpose, endless opportunities presenting.
