Wander

The art of wandering in the wilderness allows you an opportunity to rest in the stillness.  It opens you for a deeper awareness; Matter and Spirit connection through the practice of being attentive to the breathe of Consciousness.

Allow time out for yourself, seek the calm of stillness, where external demands are fewer.  Remove yourself from concrete stimulation, to discipline the mind, to be still.

Breathe in the Wilds-release the thoughts that keep pervading your mind.
